CAPS-R Grameen had reached out nearly to the whole Archdiocese of Cebu.  Most of the clients are engage in micro businesses.  Loans ranges from 3,000- 60,000 per client.  PAR decreases to 1.7%, thanks for the inputs and suggestions of Mr. Pajarillo and the PCFC people specially Mr. Ariel Tatlonghari.
