Leo Hendrix was the treasurer of DISOP since the start of the organization in 1961!  He was also a member of the Board of Directors of DISOP Philippines.

He always worked voluntarily for DISOP while having a job at the bank in Brussels.   His financial skills help DISOP survive all these years.

These pictures were taken during his visit of DISOP Phils projects in February 2005 together with DISOP President Aime Caekelbergh.

Our deepest sympathies to the family of the late Leo Hendrix.

In behalf of the staff of SEKAP as well as its members from the different communities served by our organization and by DISOP, as well, I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to the family of Mr. Leo Hendrix and the Disop family as well in the Philippines and world over. Indeed, he was an inspiration to us, much more, he had the opportunity to visit our place and saw for himself how happy and grateful we are for the unselfish work Mr. Leo and the Disop family has done to poor people over the years of its existence.
